Application

The Portable, Stable Substrate.
In the past, outdoor operations were prone to encountering muddy ground, sinking vehicles, crushing and damaging ground vegetation. Traditional pads were fragile, bulky, costly, and not resistant to harsh environments. HDPE floor protection pads are load-bearing, anti slip, waterproof, and weather resistant. They are easy to lay and can be reused repeatedly, ensuring smooth traffic and protecting the surface of the site. They are cost-effective and suitable for various scenarios.
Temporary Road Mats
Construction matting is also used to create construction pads or staging areas on location. Cranes and excavator mats stabilize the ground beneath the legs of the equipment to avoid sinking while carrying loads. Wet weather conditions pose an additional threat to equipment that can slide and create a dangerous situation for workers and equipment. Having a stable, ridged array of mats below the equipment can help to spread out the weight and stabilize against sinking or slipping.
Event Flooring Mats
Besides, adding stability to parking areas and walkways, events typically require stabilized areas for gatherings or structures. Stage speakers and equipment can be kept out of the dirt and mud by using the mats to build platforms. Central areas such as kitchens and dining can also benefit from having a stable floor in place. As mats are linked together, they form a single area built to suit the needs of each unique floor layout.
Lawn Protection Mats
Ground Protection Mats can be used as grass protection mats to protect the lawn and prevent construction traffic from causing damage. GMP’s provide traction for vehicles as they drive and pull trailers or equipment without ripping through the grass or turf underneath. GPM’s can also be used to create a staging area or as parking mats for grass and turf areas when vehicles must remain on the soft substrate for long durations.
Heavy Equipment Mats
HDPE ground protection mats provide an effective solution by distributing the weight of heavy equipment evenly across the surface. They create a stable, level platform that prevents sinking and maintains machinery stability. With high load-bearing capacity and anti-slip surfaces, these mats allow heavy vehicles to operate safely and efficiently while protecting the ground, reducing downtime, and minimizing the risk of accidents.
Ground Parking Mats
Ground Protection Mats interlock to form any shape or size of staging area needed. Using secure bolts to and plates to secure the corners of the parking mats together, the system can be formed into one large staging mat or parking mat. The area can then be safely used for storage, parking or operating equipment and vehicles.
Ground Survey Mats
Use suitable ground survey mats on soft or uneven ground to maintain stable, non-slip passageways for vehicles and personnel. Prevent ground disturbance and ruts, reduce restoration and cleanup work, and protect ecological zones and sensitive environments. Construct temporary platforms for drilling platforms, sampling teams, or geophysical equipment. And work efficiently in all weather and site conditions.
Agricultural & Forestry Ground Mats
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) ground protection mats solve these problems by providing a stable, load-bearing surface, preventing vehicles from getting stuck or creating ruts, thus protecting soil and vegetation from damage. Their anti-slip design improves safety for machinery and personnel, while quick installation and reusability save time and reduce operating costs.

TEMPORARY VEHICLE ACCESS
Ground Protection Mat creates a protective barrier, so vehicles can drive over without causing staining, rutting or other damage to finished substrates. Deploy over new concrete to prevent tire marks, or on lawns to prevent tires from causing rutting. Trade out your plywood sheets to the durable, water resistant Ground Protection mats.
Locking Hardware
The optional locking hardware can splice the ANVI grounding protection pad into a unified surface. The connector is embedded in a flexible board to keep the gasket connected when the vehicle or tracked bulldozer passes by. The 4-foot x 8-foot gasket can be arranged and combined in various configurations according to the needs of each site.
