Load ratings are reference values measured on firm ground. They are not certified design capacities. Ground bearing capacity, equipment contact area, joint configuration and duration of loading all influence the safe working arrangement on a real site.

Do not use the load reference as a design load for lifting operations. For crane outriggers or public-safety structures, obtain a site-specific engineering assessment and request our material test data to support it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the load ratings certified?
They are reference ratings on firm ground, not certified design capacities. Site conditions govern safe use. We can supply third-party test data for your engineer to review alongside a ground bearing assessment.
Can I get the specification as a PDF?
Yes. A rig mat comparison PDF is available from our product resources, and we can provide a specification sheet, packing list and loading plan with a quotation.
Do all sizes come in all three thicknesses?
The three gauges are the standard production range. Availability of a specific size/gauge combination and any MOQ should be confirmed at enquiry, as stock levels vary.
What does the UV-stabilised claim cover?
The HDPE formulation is stabilised for prolonged outdoor exposure so the panel resists becoming brittle or degrading in sunlight. It remains a good practice to store mats out of direct sun when they are not in use for long periods.
