Custom Size Ground Protection Mats
When a standard panel does not fit the site, we tailor the dimensions, thickness, colour and tread to your drawing – from narrow pathway mats through to large-format access panels.
Standard sizes cover most jobs, but they are not universal. Narrow gateways, curved event routes, rental fleets with existing racking, and equipment with unusual footprints all benefit from a panel cut to the actual requirement. Because we manufacture in-house with a monthly capacity of 10,000+ sqm, we can schedule made-to-order runs without a long supply chain.
Custom work is not just about dimensions. Thickness, colour, tread pattern, hand-hole and connector-hole positions, and even branding can be specified. This page explains what can be changed and what information we need to quote.

The custom ordering process
- Send the requirementProvide dimensions, thickness, quantity, colour, tread and the equipment or application. A sketch or CAD drawing helps.
- Receive a proposalWe confirm feasibility, MOQ, unit price, tooling implications if any, and lead time.
- Evaluate a sampleSamples can be supplied for fit, handling and traction checks before a bulk order is released.

Information that speeds up a quotation
- Target panel dimensions and tolerance requirements

Custom colour runs and non-standard gauges usually carry a minimum order quantity and a longer lead time than stock black panels. If the programme is tight, ask us which standard configuration is closest – it is often available immediately.

Is there a minimum order for custom size mats?
Yes for non-standard dimensions, gauges and colours. The MOQ depends on the specification and production scheduling. Send your requirement and we will confirm the exact figure with the quotation.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation. For a fully bespoke panel, a sample or pilot run can be arranged before the main production batch.
Can you match our rental fleet colour or add our logo?
Colour options include black, white, blue, red, yellow and green, with identification marking options for fleets. Share your colour reference and logo requirements at enquiry stage.
How long does a custom order take?
Lead time depends on whether tooling or a special material run is needed. Standard black panels in stock sizes ship fastest; we confirm the date with every quote, together with the container loading plan.
